GRx Inventory® is committed to providing the healthcare community with an accurate and efficient inventory program. We partner with our clients to build a solid foundation for their financial and reporting needs while keeping their budgets in mind.

The primary focus of GRx Inventory® is to maintain the highest level of customer service satisfaction in the business. We have developed an inventory system that utilizes state of the art equipment that provides the customer comprehensive real time inventory results.


GRx Inventory® recognizes that all procedures, policies, rates, programs, client data, etc. are confidential and will not disclose nor discuss these particulars with any third party. GRx Inventory® will not share any information about its clients or its affiliates with any third party without their express permission.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, GRx Inventory® employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

Pricing Information

At GRx Inventory® our goal is to partner with our customers to provide a quality service at a fair price. Our pricing structure is based on inventory value counted to ensure that our charges are commensurate with the size of your inventory. We charge an all- inclusive price that guarantees our customers that there will be no hidden charges. Items that are not covered in the in the “per thousand rates” are:

  • Automation reporting that does not include an identify number such as NDC or Wholesaler Item number.
  • GRx Inventory provides each client with a standard comprehensive reporting package. Additional reports that require the IT assistance at the conclusion of the count is subject to an additional reporting fee. Pricing to discuss on an individual basis.
  • Any schedule changes within 2 weeks of a confirmed count that result in additional travel arrangements could become the responsibility of the customer.

If any part of these Instructions and Policies is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Instructions and Policies will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws contained therein. The parties hereto agree that any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved in, and subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of, the courts of either Nassau or Suffolk County in the State of New York.

GRx Inventory® reserves the right to revise these Instructions and Policies at any time by updating this posting. The customer should visit the “Policies” page of the GRx Inventory® website from time to time to review the then-current Instructions and Policies as they are binding.
